10.0 is fine, just make sure you have plenty of plant cover so the cham can get out of it if they want to. I've always done 10.0 for my panthers. I use arcadia bulbs now though, they last longer.
Run your lights as many hours as you can before your cham arrives. Some new bulbs will put out more UVB initially. This will also give you a good idea of what your heat gradients will be in your cage and you can adjust before your cham arrives. That way it can settle in without you fussing with adjustments.

Yes, my plan is to finish the enclosure by fri/sat he doesn’t arrive till Thursday next week I’m getting all excited 
and nervous too. I’ll post pictures of the enclosure once it’s all set and get opinions temp gun comes in on Friday this week misting system I will get in a few weeks, as I didn’t want husband to freak out about initial cost

I just picked up a power sun 100 watt bulb zoo med. Due to where I keep my Jacksons since it’s getting winter where I live I’m testing the power sun to see how hot and how consistent it is but usually I go with a repti 5.0. But a 10.0 is perfectly fine with that big enclosure and I’d like to see it and if you haven’t already figured this out yet screen enclosures are a pain to put branches vines etc. I like to see your finished product and the newby

Sounds like you’re off to a good start. Once your bank account cools off, make your next investment a Solar Meter 6.5. Then you can test all your bulbs, and know when it’s time to change them. They cost about $230, but well worth it. I test all the lights every week or so. It’s also cool to see how screen effects the readings, and what the sun actually provides at different times of year, angles, and temperatures.

Wow, they have something for Everything now. I did decide to get a hibiscus plant as well the only one I have in there so far lol I just repotted and cleaned the leaves which took forever!!! Since there were sooo many then cleaned the stones, 3 more plants to go then the branches then the lights lol I’m growing old also is it not just better to just replace the lights after 6 months?

That device does not measure UVB accurately, it is intended to measure UVC. There are really only a few commercial devices made with UVB as the primary spectrum measured, and they are all Solar Meter devices. These include the 6.0 and 6.2 (UVB), and 6.5 (reads index). And they all cost about the same. Also, just saw that Solar Meter has rebranded a few as meters specifically for reptile lights.

@Goose502 Are you sure about that? They both have the same 280-400 nm reading, and the description in the link says this "' Ultra Violet Light Meter, UV AB (280 to 400 nM) Lighting Types". The only place uvc is mentioned is in the ads headline. I asked @Matt Vanilla Gorilla about this one last night as well and he seemed to think it was fine? Not trying to be a pain, just trying to understand what makes the two different.
