You’ll need it to span the width of the enclosure. You can either buy a 24” one or just get another 14” one and put them end to end diagonally on the enclosure top.I actually have this one

So you will just have dead zones for 6" on either size of the bulb in the cage, so just fill those up with feeders
14" is a bit undersized for a 24. If you can, try to get a 22". Its not going to make or break the setup, but you will have to encourage more basking in the center of the cage.
