Weird Behavior

Lately Espio has been climbing up on the side of the terrarium to lay almost right under his basking light. I figured he was cold so I checked the temp in his basking spot with my temp gun. The horizontal stick about 6 inches under his basking light is 88.6 degrees and there is a vertical climbing stick that is about 2 inches closer to the light that is generally 1-2 degrees warmer. Is that not a warm enough basking spot for a 7 month male veiled? He eats and poops normally. Isn't acting weird or aggressive. Still likes to go outside or explore the house. Just acts like he's cold, even when I thought his temps were ok.

Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - Veiled, Male, aprox 7 months
Handling - Couple times a week briefly to put him in his outside enclosure. As long as I have food, he happily comes to me.
Feeding - Right now feeding a mix of Dubia and crickets mainly, with some superworms when I can find them at the pet shop. Feeders are gutloaded with Flukers dry mix as well as a staple of Collard Greens, Mustard Greens, Kale, and whatever fruits and veggies I happen to have in the fridge.
Supplements - Calcium w/o D3 everyday. Reptivite twice a month and Calcium w/ D3 twice a month
Watering - Fogger that goes off for 1/2 hour 3 times a day and I spray his leaves 3 times a day. On hot days he will come over to where I'm spraying and drink from it.
Fecal Description - Solid brown poops with white urate everyday.
History -N/A

Cage Info:
Cage Type - 2ft X 2ft X 4ft Reptibreeze. He's only been in this cage for about 3 weeks, before he was in a smaller terrarium.
Lighting - 100 watt light bulb for basking (I've tried lower wattage but then my temps are never right) and a UVB bulb
Temperature - Basking spot is 88.6 degrees, the highest stick is about 90 degrees, bottom of terrarium is 75 degrees, and under his pothos is closer to 72ish.
Humidity - Humidity during misting is about 70% and when not misting hangs out 35-40%
Plants - Live pothos, many sticks and fake vines
Placement - In a nook in the living room, about 3 ft back from any foot traffic. We don't have AC but there is a fan on the other side of the room from his cage.
Location - FoCo Colorado

Not directly. It oscillates, so it might be hitting it every once in a while? Its completely across the room though. Could that be it? I can try turning the fan so it doesn't turn in the direction of his cage as much. :)

I'm not 100% sure that that'd be it, but it seems like that could have something to do with it...

I know Peter hates it when the fan is blowing anywhere near his enclosure

Alrighty. I've moved the fan. I'll keep an eye on him the next couple of days and see if that helps the weird behavior. Thanks Xephyr17!
