what do you do when the vet cant fix your cham?

so 2 weeks ago my one year old male nosy be was throwing up and stretching his neck up as high as he could get it.i took him to the vet and they ran a fecal,checked for parasites and even took x rays.the results i was givin was that he had a bacterial infection.they gave me enough baytril for 7 days and tommorow is the last dose,but he is still stretching his neck out towards the sky. im just wondering what i should do.if yall have any ideas i would really appreciate it.

Have you tried Reptiaid I had a knobtail not doing well gave it some and seems to have perked up not for sure but worth a try google it Ty

Do you have substrate in the cage? Is it pooping?
Does he do the stretching only when growing up? Has it grown up morethan once?

no substrate at all.... he quit throwing up when we started the baytril but he is still streching his neck out all the time
