Almost anything, inlcuding what you feed to your crickets

• apple
• citrus
• plum
• banana
• melon
• raw organic sunflower seeds
• raw organic coconut
• raw organic pumkin seeds
• raw organic almonds
• bran
• oats
• alphalpha
• dry leaves (as in what falls off trees in the Fall)
• ground up dog food kibbles
• ground/crumbled eggshells
• dandelion leaves
• romaine
• squash
• carrot
• yam
• sweet potatoe
• potatoe

A high protein diet will keep raoches from cannibalizing others, however this same high-protein diet may result in gout for your chameleon, so reduce protein to roaches prior to feeding them to your chameleon.

Peel all non-organic fruit and veggies, as pesticides can wipe out a colony.

Day temperatures should be 23-32°C (75-90°F); night temperatures should be no lower than 16°C (61°F). Roaches that are exposed to lower temperatures become sluggish, so the higher the temperature, the more active the roach, and the more breeding will occur. Some people put a heat mat under one end of the container, allowing the roaches to choose their preferred temperature.
They like it to be humid (50-80%) but not wet.

so far i have found aaronpauling.com is the cheapest for roaches, but does anyone know any cheaper sites. oh and by the way, my mom forgot to order the roaches and i made my mom angry so im suspended on getting the roaches. hope she sees the logic over her dumb phobia. i would keep them at our barn and let them create their colony there and ill come once a week and pick up a few hundred and feed and water them... but my parents are fools so idk.
