With this budget, what setup would you get

@celeste_knitter we are so sorry that a FedEx "delay" has happened! I personally am beside myself with FRUSTRATION!!! @Matt Vanilla Gorilla and I have been back and forth with FedEx and SYR regarding this matter. It doesn't seem like we have made any headway or that there is much we can do at this point. Grrr!!! This should not be happening! The statistics regarding priority overnight packages and delays are significantly skewed. They do seem to be happening lately at an increased rate...specifically at the Memphis Hub. This is incredibly disappointing! They brag on there FB sight that they have over 4,000 team members working to sort packages at their Indianapolis hub and that they sort at a rate of 99,000 packages per hour! My understanding (please someone correct me if I am wrong) is that the Memphis hub is even larger. I do realize that thousands upon thousands of packages must be cycling through this hub on an hourly basis but with a corporation this massive, these issues should not be happening, especially at this frequency!!! Absolutely ridiculous! We also cannot trust the excuses that they provide for the delays as those too have been proven to be incorrect! It is sad to me that FedEx is becoming so unreliable. Hopefully their recent reviews and complaints will speak loud enough that some changes will be implemented regarding their reliability and customer service.

In the meantime, we sit here awaiting updates :(
 
@Teal Beauty Please do not apologize!! I do not hold you or Matt responsible at all! I know you guys share my frustration & have been working hard to get this sorted out...but this is totally on FedEx! You are 100% right that the Memphis hub is huge compared to Indy, yet things seem to be horrible there! If they have special handling for SYR, then those processes need to be looked at and backup processes created.

Thank you both for everything you have done! Just a little longer now!
 
We may have finally made some progress, but again we are dealing with FedEx! We have really been in their face today. Call after call after...you guessed it, call! The last conversation @Matt Vanilla Gorilla had with a member of the Escalation Department was quite comical! You see, he doesn't realize it, but he can be quite funny when he is angry, and when he gets really heated his South African accent becomes more pronounced! When I walked into the room, I heard @Matt Vanilla Gorilla asking "What happened to Margie? Don't tell me she was raptured and I was left behind!?!!" You see, Margie was the lovely member of the escalation department that we spoke with very early on this morning. Margie promised that she would be calling us back through the day with updates. We received 0 updates from Margie despite having provided Margie with 2 numbers at which to reach us! This time Melissa assured @Matt Vanilla Gorilla that she would resolve this matter. So we shall see...Margie dropped the ball (I suppose better the ball than the chameleon, Lol) Let's see if Melissa can come through! She did promise a phone update within an hour...unfortunately, it has been nearly 2 hours since that promise was made. @Matt Vanilla Gorilla's response "What do I have to do to earn being raptured?"

Fingers crossed that this baby arrives to @celeste_knitter before tomorrow in Louisville!!!

Well, there MIGHT have been a little progress. You see, while the wonderful & lovely @Teal Beauty & @Matt Vanilla Gorilla were working things on their part of the country, I was spitting curse words and heck on mine. The combo worked!
