My Faly is currently 7 to 8 months old at can eat roughly 15 crickets per day. Is this too much or is it ok. Should I be skipping a day or more per week with no food?
I was just wondering if there is a minimum amount of time required in natural sunlight to absorb the proper uv? I realize that the longer the better provided the right amount of shade is also offered. Thanks all.
This is slightly off topic but I use the Mist King and run it from a bucket of water at room temperature. Would he feel more comfortable with the water being heated in the bucket and if so at one tempereature?
I agree that the Habba Mist is pretty useless. Save your money for a Mist King. As for the Monsoon, i have seen it in action and although the mist is much better that the Habba Mist, the nozzle is very sensitive for fine tuning and does clog easily.
I was curious if anyone in the Toronto area were breeding dubia's for their cham. Wasn't sure if it was even allowed since they can not be shipped in from the USA as far as I am aware of. Thanks.
My Schef's are doing amazing under 100watt Zoo Med lights and Exo Terra 5.0ReptiGlow lamps. Automatic mister from Mist King goes on four times a day at 5 minute intervals. I can't stop this thing from growing....
I live in the Toronto area and leave my Nosy Faly in a screen enclosure 4 out 0f 7 days during the week, but only during the day. At night he comes back in where I know animals can't get to him.
Just wondering what your thoughts about preference on UVB lighting would be with both pros and cons of Zoo Med Reptisun 5.0 lamps versus Exo Terra ReptiGlo 5.0 lamps. Does one last longer? Does one provide better UVB? Thanks.
