I put mine on a fake tree in the shower with lukewarm water 15-30 mins

If you have a mesh cage wrap 3 sides with plastic I did and it help my veileds humidity a lot I also use a repti fogger and now the humidity never drops below 55% live plants also help

I don't think you should use a 10.0 that may be to much uvb what size cage do you have
