Easily treated, with antibiotics and swabbing. Any chance you can have your Cham treated by a vet? It's such a normal thing to treat. Sounds like an infection. We've had to deal with it and with treatment, the cham is fine in no time. Please have your folks read this. The vet visit in the US...
