Are they better than reptibreeze, my year old reptibreeze is rusty :(. Any input? And the 2x2x4 is good for adult panthers/veileds...my diy cages are just not to pretty and I need to conserve a little bit of space....so if they're worth it I'll get the Lll screen cages.
O.o I'm saying Reptariums...check them out on LLL and if you got a reptibreeze for 7 dollars...that's an insane steal... here reptibreeze range from 70-199.99 for a 2x2x4...lol, i'll be getting a 100 gallon and ancor it to a stand for outside :)...just need a couple paychecks :p.
thanks for the answers, yeah, i've built my two indoor cages for my panther and veiled :), i just wanted a cheap outside cage for a few hours a day for them. it's worth a shot then.
the only way he can get to those high temps is if he hangs on the top of the cage for a long while lol, and he never does, the temp gun usually reads mid-high 70s on him, he's a beauty :D. Ill post pics after his next full shed...which idk when that'll be.
awesome. my panther has the option of getting up to 89-91 inside but he always seems to stay in the 70's so i guess it's already time for them to go out :D.
yes i do jan :), temp gun, thermometer with probe, pool thermometer, food thermometer :p. tons of ways to tell, so it just really depends on the day goes and as long as the dudes are well hydrated etc.
of course i'll probably just be sitting outside staring them down for their first days of the outdoors in forever lol, so as long as they got some shade and ill take their drippers out and spray em down as well :p. would it be better for just a few hours in the morning or all day?
yep. i think just the pet store yemen's are the mean ones-cause they in those little bitty cages ya know. 12x12x18 and stuff i've seen full grown veiled in...WITH A DIRTY WATERFALL...people are bad. :/, good job on raising a happy veiled.
What Should the temperature outside be for the chams to be happy for a day? I would think 80-88 degrees outside with high humidity would be good? i'm in kentucky and wanna get them out as soon as possible :D.
So, do you guys think that a Brita Water Filter-like the pitcher kind would filter out enough minerals along with reptasafe for good use with my mistking? I see that pro mist makes a reverse osmosis water filter which only makes 10 gallons per day, but i only need 4.8 gallons every 3-4 days...
