Hey again everyone.. I've been on and off of here for about 4/5 years. Coming to introduce the two new babies in our family.
Ebenezer my Nosylobe passed away recently and it was so rough. It's crazy how attached you get to these little guys. He was the sweetest cham I've ever seen.
I hated seeing his empty cage so I ordered a new 4 month old buddy to reside in it. When he arrived, I noticed he had MBD. I contacted the company and they were very apologetic and sent me a proper baby the same day. Thing is, I didn't want to return my little MBD runt so we ended up keeping him along with the company sending us a healthy baby. He climbs great, eats great, etc. just has some funny limbs. He's already has an appointment for the vet on Monday to get him up to speed on his supplements. I'm surprised that his bones are already deformed and he's only 4 months (can someone chime in on this? is it possibly from oversupplementing?) but he's a happy little guy. Just a little handicapped. The other one arrived today and he's absolutely beautiful (not to say the other one isn't!) but he is quite a bit larger than the other as well.
Any sort of tips for the MBD baby would be great. I have never owned one with MBD but I have read up on it and understand it. Thanks guys!
Enough chit chat, onto the pictures!
