Dark Female

I'm in Boise Idaho and I dont have a reliable car lol. I'll keep an eye out, there was someone on Craigslist selling one for cheap but it looked home made and I didnt want to risk it.

Ya, I dont like how sometimes you have to go pick them up but if you can get them for cheap then go for it.

Yeah here are a few of the ads. I can email and see if anyone still has any?

I think 30 Gallon is too small...

yes 30 gallons is too small.
and I would stay away from reptarium.
they are too dark to see what's going on inside,
the dark plastic cuts the effectiveness of your UVB light by half.

Hey, i know, if you have time and if you or your BF is handy with tools, make your own cage. it might be cheaper.

Thats what I'm doing because the cage I want is $110 and the pair is $250. Toatl for both plus shipping is $380. :(

Yeah we could look into building one ourself.

After we get a Mesh cage for the female, would the Glass one be okay to use for an Iguana? If you know. If not I can look it up. .

That would have to suck. I hate how money is a HUGE issue. I make to make their cages better and do all this stuff for them but its like a major thing with money. Because of all the other pets that need care as well and what not, it kinda sucks.

Ya how big is the Iguana, and the cage?

My BF has the things for Chameleons and I've always wanted a Iguana. We don't own one. But I was thinking if the Glass cage would be okay for him, then it might be nice to get one once we get Zoey her proper cage.

The Iguanas I see sell around here are less then a foot long. (The Glass cage is 4' Tall by 2' Wide by 2' Deep)

Oh ya, the cage is a very good size. It would be perfect for a long time. Until the Iguana got to 3.5 ft then you would probably have to upgrade the size.

Thanks. I emailed on the Mesh Cages, the first and last, to see if any are still there. Its wait and see now. But it would be nice to figure out this whole cage thing lol.
