Your Chameleon - Panther he is 7 months old and I got him when he was 4 months old
Handling - 3 times a week but he doesn't mind (Just because he is not biting you doesn't mean he isn't getting stressed... Sometimes it can take months until your chameleon becomes the "ultimate fighter" and will have this "i'll beat anybody up" attitude lol.. and some chameleons don't show aggression at all. But handling still isn't recommended since he is a chameleon.
Feeding - I feed him crickets and they are gut loaded (gut loaded with what?)
Supplements - Repti vite (calcium??? d3??? how often???)
Watering - I mist the whole cage and near his mouth and sometimes (Try not to mist him directly. if you don't have a misting system, you should get a zoo med dripper, big or small doesn't really matter. fill his dripper up in the morning and afternoon same time every day. he will get into a routine. it will be convenient for the both of you to have a set schedule. mist his cage, especially his living plants a few times a day for a 3-5 minutes, or a dozen times a day for a few seconds, first choice is recommended lol.)
Fecal Description - No (This is something that needs to be looked at frequently)

Cage Info:
Cage Type -Plexi glass screen combo
Lighting - Basking spot Im not sure and a repti sun 2.0 (Basking spot not sure? Does he sun bath every morning? Does he stay there for long? How many inches away is the light from his branch? Do you have a branch under the warmest spot of the cage? Is the light sitting on the screen cage or clamped up?
Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Ambient temp? And temp. in his basking area?
Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps? Temp. gauge. Viewing it by time of day.
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity? A humidity gauge. Misting, keeping a live plant in the cage well hydrated with damp soil.
Plants - A hanging plant Unknown and I fairly large ficus (Unknown is not good, take it now until you identify it. Have you cleaned and re-potted your plants yet?)
Placement - At the entrance of my room the doors are shut most of the tim. Entrance isn't the best place UNLESS the ambient temp is the same in both rooms.

Do you have a fan in the room he is in? This is important.

I saw the picture, the eye looks enflamed. that puffiness around the eye does not seem normal.

Also, what are you gutloading your crickets with?
Are you only using reptivite? and if so, how often?

You should be using a calcium without d3 for every feeding, a calcium with d3 twice a month, and reptivite (which is a multivitamin) twice a month.

I think he may be overdosing on the reptivite.

what does his poop look like? no is not a description.

what size cage?

Your uvb bulb is not strong enough, you need a 5.0 for him.

what is his basking temp? we really need to know this.

is the unknown plant real? if so, we really need to know what it is, it could be toxic to him.

I would.
i think he may have some sort of infection, or be overdosed on the reptivite.

I dont know what to do all of the exotic vets I know of are not available until Saturday what should I do?

Long warm showers,
stop using the reptivite (which im sure isnt helping, since you are probably using too much)

find out waht his basking temp is.

and what that unknown plant is.
