Can anyone help me ?I have a 6 month old veiled chameleon. He has a great home and lights and I mist him 2-3 times daly ,but recently discovered a hard bump
on his right shoulder.He's active ,eating and pooping properly ,but it's still worries me .

Very hard to say without more information and a clear photo. It could be anything from a calcium deposit, an abscess, a tumor, a bone malformation, or callus from a healed fracture. There's a sticky message at the top of this forum "How to Ask For Help". Answer the questions in detail and post them for us. We can check your husbandry and maybe give you better ideas.
