I need help with my new baby veiled!

I just got a baby veiled chameleon about a week ago and although I've done a lot of research about them I just need someone to verify for him! Here is a picture of him and I do mist him a lot and I make sure its dripping wet.

If your baby has a spur on his hind foot its a male.

Don't forget the cage has to dry out between mistings. You want enough water to raise humidity and to allow the chameleon to drink but not lots of water so that mould grows or respiratory problems occur.

I know he is a male, I was wondering if he looked dehydrated to you guys or not?

He doesn't look dehydrated to me. Like Bradley said the cage needs to dry out between mistings. I have a blog for new keepers attached below for how I keep veileds successfully.
