Is my chameleon dying? Please help

I had my chameleon from morocco 10 days ago. And since morning it barely moves and standing like this. It also doesnt eat and drink. I tried to give the food with opening its mouth but it didnt get it. What should I do? What can be the problem

It is staying eyes closed and like this since the morning. It is also having problems with walking. Sometimes falling sideways while trying to walk

Unfortunately, if you have only had the chameleon for 10 days, the damage done prior to getting it is likely too far gone. If immediate vet care is available from someone with chameleon experience, it is advised, but it doesn’t look good.
