Peregrin my veiled- new name and a new weight.

I weighed my new veiled today- he's put on 14g in a week! He's now 64g and although I was absent minded enough not to weigh him when I got him on the 2nd Jan I guess he must of been about 30-40g then, he's grown so much- he is charming and is very used to coming out on my hand to feed, I'm still amazed how relaxed he is and how super easy he is to feed, he's now officially called Peregrin or Pippin for short which I think suits him, I've just put my hand infront of him, a few inches away and after a bit of looking he calmly walked onto my hand with no lure of food, just walked on and off again which is great.

Thank you everyone, I'm amazed and fascinated at how perceptive he is compared to the other species I have here- he won't really munch on greenery yet but yesterday I held little pieces of spinach in my fingers which he took piece after piece by shooting his tongue- if a piece dropped the the floor-3ft viv-he was right at the top- his eyes would follow it as it fell and he'd look down onto the floor to find it- no one else would react like that- if there's live food in with him he rushes to hunt it down,again none of my others would do that- especially not a parsonii!
he's quite an amazing animal- I feel very lucky to have found him.
