Is he still alive? He looks like he's going down hill very fast. He needs to go to the vet now

He is not. It happened very fast. I updated my post cause I didn't want that picture of him up anymore.

Ah, I am so sorry sweetie, so so sorry. You did an amazing job trying to keep him healthy and going. But it's hard when they are in that stage, even for someone who can get to the vet right away and for someone who have rehabilitation experience. Allow yourself to grieve. Remember him for the joy he brought you even though he worried you like crazy. Sleep tight little Pickle.
