ive had fred my veiled 2 months now and hes around 4 months old ive had no health issues with him but when i went to look at him a minute ago i noticed black patches on his tummy! one big one and 2 kinda joining smaller ones, it looks like someone has split a bit of ink cartridge on him but im worried as when i lost my snake a few years ago he had a dark spot on his tummy were food had rotted! his repti breeze is set up right e.g temperature plants, the only thing i can think i did different was yesterday i gave him a treat by letting him in the locust pen for a few minutes & he stuffed his face! i cant get a pic till tommorow but any ideas?! my bf thinks just his colourings coming threw but they wouldnt show up in couple of hour would they?! thanks xxx
please help i think my baby is sick!

Almost looks like a bruise of some sort. Perhaps he grasped his side with one of his hind legs? Is he eating normally and acting normally? Ruth
i hope it is a bruise rather than an infection or something worse, the last time i fed him was a few hours before the patches appeared and its bed time for him now (in the uk) so i wont be feeding him until the mornin, from
