Really hoping they didn't send me two Females..

Can you post clear pictures of the rear feet. I think I see small spurs in both videos making them both males but it's hard to tell without a clear picture.

cant really get a goog look

if you look at his back feet there will be a sper or bump between his feet

I'm thinking the first one is showing little lumps. At 3 months the spurs are not well formed yet, but a female has absolutely no little lump at all. The second one is smooth and she is all green, so I'm thinking she is the girl. The boy is going to be a real looker.

Just looking at them..I would say the first one is a male..the second a female..But if you can get photos of their feet that would help!

The one showing off his/her colors/patterns like that, is that more typical of a young male or young female veiled? The other has been more mild-mannered and has never flared up like that. Healthy, but not showing patterns/colors like that!

That's what I'm thinking! He is more aggressive and has puffed-out his throat and bit already..I've definitely kept handling to a minimum and followed all guidelines as far as correct chameleon handling goes (approach slowly, let them climb on to your hand, handle as little as possible, etc). She has definitely taken it a lot better than he has, assuming that's the "whos-who" of the sexes.

Do females have the ability to puff-out their throats/beards like males do?

Yes, more typical of a male :)

Females can puff themselves out but not so far and they will do it more rarely
Here is a great basic caresheet for your little ones - https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/chameleonsinmyhouse/395-veiled-chameleon-care-sheet.html

We have a veiled about the same size or a little smaller than yours, whose colors are amazing just like yours. We are confused to the sex as well, because we don't see spurs on the feet but co,or seems so male!

Did you clarify if your colorful one is male?

Can anyone confirm by what age the spurs would be very visible?
Thanks

He has what look like they MIGHT be the BEGINNINGS of tiny spurs, but not significant enough to be sure.

I thought that was just one way to sex them. I don't really want to wait until the crest grows in more to know.

Well I'm hoping yours is a male because that means mine is probably male! Looks exactly like yours. amazing colors.

My male was noticable from two months on. Way different types of patterens, and, even the smallest little inclination of a developing bump means ya got a dude. Females front and back claws look the same, males have a little nipple (for lack of better term) that starts getting bigger around 3 months, if you wait for his caske to start getting bigger than the females lol be patient, mine are 6 months old now and his is starting to get bigger.

BTW, I think the veiled are the coolest chams, I started buying different species about a month back and have a decent start up and my male Veiled is still my little homie.
Last night he seen my Mt. Kenya Jacksonii and started to throw bright turqious and yellow with black dots, never seen him so colorfull.

Yeah it was gorgeous, and he went back to plain green with faint bars when he calmed down. I hope it doesn't only happen when he's mad! (see angry face above)

I duno if either one is male my newest one is 2 month amd you :)can clearly see his spurs but i could be wrong the video was a little blurry on my phone.

I might be a little late responding but from the video of your first Cham it looks a lot like my cham did and has the same looking "spurs" on their feet. Mine ended up being a girl but your cham from the first video has the same colors as my Echo when she is outside.
