hello.

So here is my 5-6 months old chameleon. I was working late past week so I hadn't have time to be with him very much, I usually take him out of his cage and he walks, climbs everything like that. I noticed that he wasn't climbing in his cage much past week.... So today I put him out and he is all hard walking, like not the usual chameleon "dance", but like very close to the floor...and I have pictures of his front legs... He is growing very fast.... Is he clumsy because he wasn't walking very much for a week or smth? He is eating well, his poop looks OK... Idk but I think that nothing's broken, if it was he couldn't walk right? ..... Is the problem that I wasn't taking him out for walk and he like forgot it? He is very scared too, I think because he didn't see me much in a week.... PLEASE HELP ME, what is your opinion??? Thank you ALL. (and sorry for my English)*

Welcome to the forums. Your little man has MBD and I would recommend that you take him to a reptile vet that has chameleon experience. He needs to be put on liquid calcium and the vet can give him an injection to draw the calcium into the bone. Here's a link with some info about MBD and a care sheet for what all you need to keep him healthy.

This is how I have had success keeping my veileds:

Please answer the questions in the how to ask for help thread at the top of the health forum so we can help you better.
Definitely a bad academic of MBD and you need to get him back on track quickly.
