I just took her to my vet and he says she is healthy. The growths on her eyes are indeed a birth defect and believed not to be anything to be to worried about, she is eating normally and her fecal came back negative for parasites. She will be going in for regular checkups just to monitor her eyes and negate any problems if they arise.
