Hi and welcome to the forums!
It may be nothing, chameleons will sometimes do a backward/forward motion when walking to imitate a leaf blowing in the wind, however it will be his whole body moving and not one foot.
I think shakiness could also be early signs of MBD so what kind of UBV lamp are you using and how and what do you use as supplements?
To help you better it's best you fill in the questions in the how to ask for help topic: https://www.chameleonforums.com/threads/how-to-ask-for-help.66/
My dude, I think you meant this onePlease don't take MBD lightly, it's not something like the flue... A reptile that has had MBD, even if cared for perfectly after diagnosed, will eventually still feel the consequences of it... Sadly more often than not it's noticed late and the animal suffers from bends and brakes in it's bones and will likely never fully recover or even die.
Proper supplementation is essential, especially when they are still growing. Them double domes are nice but a compact UVB lamp is not very useful placed vertically. Compacts have more surface area on tje sides and will give more UVB to your cham if placed horizontal.
Also a good reflector will also help a lot (aluminium foil will even work).
Assuming its a veiled you will want to study this caresheet until you know it by heart:

Calcium w/o D3 dailyEven still. Make sure you are using a multi vitamin and calcium powder every day, and about once a week, use a calciumD³ supplement. But no more than that. You can actually overdose them on D3.
Thanks. I realized that was strangely worded, after I posted it. My vet actually instructed me to give the multivitamin powder daily. He recommended Rephashy Calcium Plus. This was at the recommendation of a colleague of his, after doing some blood work on my cham. Perhaps because of the lack of nutrients in crickets and super worms. At any rate, I don't disagree with you, I just wanted to relay the information I received from my vet.Calcium w/o D3 daily
Multi vitamin and calcium with D3 once a week (on alternating weeks).
If you have a multivitamin with D3 you can replace the calcium with D3 for just calcium.
The Repashy Calcium Plus is a great product and is an all in one, It is formualted to be safely used every day. The multi vitamin that people use with the schedule Remkon gave is a different type of multi that is too concentrated to be used daily. With the Calcium Plus you are basically giving the same thing just without having to use 3 different products on a schedule. I switched over to the Repashy Calcium Plus earlier this year and so far I like it.Thanks. I realized that was strangely worded, after I posted it.
