Yea you are asking for trouble trying to dumb that JoshsFrog box into a small keeper. After the flats fall out about half the crickets will still be inside the box. You need to switch to the larger bin.

Thats very normal. She could get better over time but def dont hold her unless you absolutely need to. Dont chase her around the cage. Give her time time to adjust and just see you walking around without bothering her. Could take several months. Hand feed her her favorite treats like hornworms...
