    Ceramic Bulb advice? Im new :)

    I have him at the garden, here at my city, Monterrey México is mostly hot, just winters temperatures can drop to 28-60 (just a few days per winter) 10 - 15 days like this, but just at night, when sun comes up its around 60 or higher. Monterrey has a crazy weather .Thanks

    Hi, I have a Jackson 9 months old, screen cage 36" tall. Winter is coming soon, usually we get between 28 - 60 F . What ceramic heat bulb should I buy? 40, 60, 100 or 150 watt? I have no clue. thanks!

    Great post thanks! I truly hope it Works, cause they look beautiful, I see your point, but I still think is very poor ventilation the one you get with the glass terrarium that the post talks about, it only has mesh on the top, plus add the UVB and basking lights, maybe dripper , ceramic heater...

    Sorry to say but wodden or glass vivariums are not for chameleons, it would cause respiratory diseases and infections, you need to change it for a screen cage ASAP. This is very helpfull https://www.chameleonforums.com/care/caresheets/veiled/

    I'm using a 75 watt. I give lettuce and apple to crickets... I'm reading everything you are writing and gonna do it asap , if more comments I'm all ears... I told the guy at the pet store it shouldn't be glass and talked to the" reptile manager " ... But anyway, lots of work to do !

    Eye infection? Need serious advice

    Eye infections tend to start from the outside (cornea, conjuntiva, eyelids) and tend to spread to the inside (sorry for the english) , foreign bodies can cause conjunctivitis and more serious problems if not treated, but it already affected the other eye, so , most probably its an infection...

    Problem solved! Indeed they got very stressed , female turned black... I got very stressed as well , so , early I took her out and bought a nice new cage for herself. They were together less than a day :S But now they are both happier :) Thanks everyone! PS (I hope the black thing goes away soon)
