T5 10.0 12 inches away, only in one half of enclosure. preferably at basking spot
more protein now, as they get older its more greens than protein.
Calcium With D3 every feeding-- Multivitamins twice a month.
Showers 2 times a week
lots to climb on
and they drink from a water bowl, if they don't recognize water just put you finger in it and stir the water.

Start a few roaches colony lol... They eat a grip.

Honestly I had great success using the Calcium With D3 (Pink Label)
Multivitamins (Blue label)
Repashy Superveggie for all his greens
Josh frog has all 3 in a package I think.
