Emergency!!!!!!!

I found my panther on the bottom of the cage this morning, he wasn't able to support his body but did react when I touched him. He can still grab things with his tail and feet and move his legs but at first he would just fall over. Then I got him some water and he moved a bit more, but it looks like he is having troubles supporting his head. I put him on the branch and he is hanging there breathing. but he won't walk. We don't have a lot of money for a vet so please help.
 
I have been giving calcium and the lighting is right. He has only eaten worms in the last two days but I dusted them as well. The cage is hot though it is like ninety and I have been working on cooling it down. We don't have AC so it is a little more difficult to keep the temp right.
 
can u post some pictures of his legs? as for now make sure he stays low to the ground and doesnt go far up incase he falls, he might have developed mbd. if he falls he could fracture or break his legs which is just BAD
 
He is hanging on a branch upside down but he is able to keep his head up so I don't think it is a neck or spinal injury. But I don't know maybe it is. Could dehydration cause such symptoms? We just moved and I am still working on the water system so It is difficult to keep it humid.
 
like i said GET HIM LOW or even better turn his cage on his side and make him stay on the ground. if he climbs and falls it will worsen things. id call a vet right away if its mbd it can get really bad. i have a baby ambilobe that was diagnosed with it this week. he has no climbing objects in his cage so he can recover. his uvb light was too far from his basking spot apparently. make sure the temps stay a bit warmmer than usual because being warmmer promotes healing rather than being cold when their bodies slow down. call a vet and get him outside if possible
 
Somewhat it has High ventilation even though it has very large plexiglass sides the top bottom and two small sides are screen.
 
mbd can be stopped but not reversed. the longer the vet wait is the more damage will be done if it is MBD. and if left untreated the cham will vet very sick and may not make it. even if u dont have money find or borrow it for a visit. i paid $230 for a vist + xrays + carivore care diet+ dewormer + calcium injections . all due to MBD and while there did a fecal and he had worms :/ my guy cant climb now but will slowley get stronger over the next few months and hopefully live a full happy life. he just takes extra care now

sorry, just saw the pics. They are not the best quality but he does not look to have MBD. Just looks very stressed out. can you post some better ones?
 
kind of har to see from these pictures but are his legs bowed or are they straight? also see if he is kind of shaking or shivering while trying to climb.
 
Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - Panther Cham, male, 5 or 6 months old, i've had him for about 4 months now.
Handling - not very often
Feeding - Small Crickets, Worms. Every morning.
Supplements - brand of calcium & vitamin products:Repti Cal. Dusting all crickets with Repti Cal. and worms Repti Cal for every day. And then dusting them with Hertivite and Repti Cal Calium with D3 once a month.
Watering - "The Little Dripper", Spraying him 3 times a day as well for about a full minute each. Do you see your chameleon drinking? Yes.
Fecal Description - Brown with white tips. Solid consistancy. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites? No.

Cage Info:
Cage Type - Describe your cage: Combo, What are the dimensions? 2 by 2 by 3
Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule? 75 watt heat lamp, uvb 5.0 tube lamp
Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? The temperature stays around 85 to 90 always How do you measure these temps? With a thermometer away from the basking spot.
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? N/A How are you creating and maintaining these levels? With spray and dripper. with sitting water at the bottom of the cage with moss in it to prevent him from drowning.
Plants - Are you using live plants? No
Placement - Where is your cage located? Out of the way not near any vents or fan.At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor? about 4 1/2 feet off the ground.
Location - Where are you geographically located? Ogden Utah

Current Problem - Not moving can't support weight see the rest of forum for more details. Alive and reacts to touch. Breathing is fine
 
he has all his feet and legs he sometimes keeps one close to the chest as if he were trying to hide. That is part of his normal behavior. I put him on the bottom and he tried to crawl back to climb back up but couldn't even make it to the base of the fake plant.
