Home sweet home!!!

:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: ok it's settled and agreed on:D.

He's doing well!! He really likes how the grapevines turned out as far as I can tell. He cruises around them and settles in at the top when we get home. He plays a great peeping tom :ROFLMAO:. So far he's mostly going for crix and supers since getting him into the enclosure. He hasnt touched the butters, horns or bsfl since the day he got here at my office though the silly little man.

Still working on gaining his "trust" but he's coming along in that dept too. The first day he ran like there was no tomorrow. The second day he was a bit more of the teenager I saw in the videos Matt sent me lol. The third day I let him chill on the bed with me periodically through out the day and made it a lazy day for us both lol. The fourth day he was comfortable with my hand being in the enclosure but still did his flare ups if I came close while working on the vines. He didn't like me moving him from one side to the other during that lol.

Last night he did really well when @Krissy83 got him out while I worked on my pupa holder for the supers. He flared up and nipped at her once but then let her get him out with out further nip attempts lol.

We've been trying to give him space and follow directions on getting him used to our hands being around too. When we take him out he just kind of chills until he thinks you aren't looking then will do the leaf sway walk across your arm. We've not tried to venture outside of the bedroom with him yet though because he does start freak a bit if we go further then across our bedroom carrying him. Overall though, I think he is coming along nicely considering it's only been 5 days since he arrived :D.

Excellent yes having a teen is fun lol . Soon enough blue will be all over the place .

Though Frances pretty much stays in one place . She’s not near as friendly as septiseye. She will definitely let us know what is not acceptable :confused: .

Septiseye on the other hand likes his space he believe everything is his he does not understand the word NO lol . They could not be more different :love: .

Lol, blue will sit there on our hands for 5 or 10 min then start his leaf walk. We have been trying to keep it to a 15 min max before putting him back in his enclosure to go play peeping tom again lol. It is kind of hard though because one part of you is like awe look he wants to come hang out he looks sad to be sitting there looking out his window. Then the other side says he's still getting used to us and being in a new home and needs his time to be a peeping tom to see how we are around him lol.

I totally understand . Frances is very much a peeping Tom . We just open her condo and push her tree to it . Let her come out . There’s no hands allowed on her queen perch EVER :mad: . Any other place is fine . Not on her perch not even feeders or cups can go there . She’s bossy !!. Septiseye would much rather be out then in his condo . I think it’s a panther thing liking space . It will be interesting to see the babies and there personalities .

Lol in deed. I think @Krissy83 is beginning to fell the itch I did when I made up my very short wish list even though she wont admit it yet lol. She wants a purple cham and wants a female for blue. She'd love it if it was the same cham but after much discussion finally came to understand thy wont be one in the same lol. She was looking at some rainbow ambilobes too the other night saying how pretty they are. I dont think I've showed her skittles pic...not sure I could find it again if I tried lol.

:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: not if I beat you to him!!!! He is a very pretty boy in deed. I'm really thinking long and hard on my wish list since getting blue home. I love the look of the verrucosus and jacksons but there are so many beautiful panther locales too. Too many beautiful babies and not enough space :LOL::LOL::LOL:!!!!!

So I am a little late on the congratulations, I have been super busy and have not been my normal “stalker self” checking out threads!! He is amazing:) I love how bright blue he is and his name fits him perfect(y) CONGRATULATIONS, welcome to cham fever and a whole new type of addiction:ROFLMAO:

:D thank you we absolutely adore him. We'll probably take the next month or two as a break from putting together an enclosure. Then start gathering supplies in preparation for getting him a female. And, it's ok, I'm still stalking your verrucosus pics as they pop up even if I stay in the shadows :eek:. Some where in the middle I will start gathering supplies for getting a verrucosus of my own though. As Matt says, chams are mesmerizing little ones lol.
