IMHO i disagree , let him shed, let him be, do not "finesse" any skin off for him, as per our setup's and adhearance to the best possible husbandry we can provide, let nature take its course. he will be fine and the shedding will be completed in due time i promise.
Hello I have an (almost) 5 mo Old Panther Chameleon (ambilobe).
He has been eating 6-7 Crickets per day & 3 Superworms per day (which he loves).
is it ok to have this as his staple diet.
Once or Twice a week i replace the 3 superworms with one juicy blue Hornworm.
He seems to growing...
Hello, this is a very noob question if you cant already tell, but what do the numbers mean exactly in the bottom signature of some members when the post or on their profile??
for example someone has 1.2 Ambilobe, 2.0 Parsoni

Usually a Cham will open their mouth to cool down if too hot, when they open their mouth, mucus membranes and saliva evaporate which helps them cool themselves down. so in a healthy regard thats what you might be seeing.
other then that i cant really call it, hopefully some more seasoned...
Bush Baby.. what do you gutload the superworms with? what do they like? i buy my superworms from the petstore and they come in a container with bedding/ like wood shavings etc. was wondering what i could put in there that will not cause mold etc.
i gutload my crickets with Flukers cricket...
