Enlarged Anus?

Hey guys,

Brand new to this community and only had my first ever Cham for 2 months now.

I'll cut straight to the point here - my boy first exposed his Hemipenes around a month ago and i noticed his anus area looked slightly larger ever since (although his Hemipenes did go fully back in and was only exposed for around 1-2 minutes). He did it again a few days back and this time i'm feeling like something isnt quite right, would be great if somebody could check the image i've attached and give me their two cents.

Behaviour wise, he's absolutely fine, eating and drinking well, moving around as he usually would and still quite friendly (for a Cham anyway).

Thought i'd start by asking on here before engaging a Vet.

I think I'd get it checked out by a vet.

Hi and welcome! I’m far from terribly knowledgeable about this kind of stuff, but he looks very swollen. I would say a vet visit is in order to find out what is going on. He may have an infection or something else down there.

Yep, he's been passing just fine and the stool looks healthy to me!

I agree, he needs to see an experienced chameleon vet.
