    Panther Chameleon

Be persistent with showering for a couple days. If that doesnt work, it could have to do with a nutrient imbalance. Maybe a lack of vitamin a? Im guessing it doesnt have to do with the lights considering that your not having problems with any others...

    Panther Eggs dying?

DOnt candle the eggs at this point. If they still look good just wait. Candling the eggs to late can cause the babies to push out of the eggs pre maturely. If theyy look good, be patient.

    New Chameleon owner! Need advice.

As Kinyonga taught me to do, keep the basking spot in the low 80s. This will slow her appetite. Therefore she will not produce too many eggs. I also learned recently to feed a bit extra for a couple days after she lays and after that, go back to the normal schedule and let her beef back up...

    Screen or Glass

As said, it depends on the climate of your home or where you live. If the humidity in your house is low and its a bit on the chillier side, Id consider glass or screen with shower curtains draped around. With that being said, to each is own. Currently I am using the same enclosures as...

How often should a Panther Cham be pooping?

As adults my chams are pooping every 5 to 7 days. An less than 4 and I would wonder if they are digesting their food enough. It really does vary though. Sounds kinda gross but take the poop in a kleenex and mash it up between your fingertips. Look to see if the poop is well digested or if there...

    Black cham??!!

I think maybe you misunderstood what I meant to say... I was saying to boost your day time temp up. Indeed they do need around 12 hrs of darkness. If the enclosure drops to between 60 and 70 at night thats perfect but if you could get your daytime temp up higher without making the basking spot...

I need urgent help chameleon black and bottom of tank and has been a couple of days!!

If you want any good advice youve got to be more specific about lighting and supplementation. Im not really familiar with nutribol but be sure that is in fact what you are using and someone who is familiar with it will be able to direct you further. AT this point youve got to do more research...

    Black cham??!!

60 to 70 is a bit too cold for an ambient temp. If you could boost the ambient temp from about 70 to 77 and keep the baking temp relatively the same it would be beneficial. 60 to 70 sounds like a good night time temp.

    Cleaning cage help

Hey, I clean my cages with the chams inside. I use 10 parts water and one part peroxide. The peroxide evaporates almost immediately. If there is no sitting water and the cage has time to dry between mistings, you shouldnt need to clean much more than poop and plant matter within the span of a...

    Baby Enclosures

Im using 12x12 exoterra enclosures. Im housing 5 in each. I am also using 2 liter coke bottles with the top cut off for a couple of the weaker ones so they can be kept solo. Hope this helps. sorry I missed the 2 month old part. Coke bottles wont work for those guys.

    Strange

This is more than likely true of your animal. Good advice. Some chams will also eat aggregate to scrape their digestive tract of parasites.

    Strange

Supplementing is not as cut and dry as, "you should be supplementing this much." I love how people just throw out a schedule but dont mention what product they use. D3 and multivitamin twice a month isnt always the right schedule. its also not safe to just say that multivitamins should be...

What a difference a shed makes!

I bet that green body will go bright yellow if he sees a girl. I love the blue bars with the hints of red. It does really give off a purpleish hue.
